Gifts & Artwork
At Serenity Home and Gifts in Madisonville, most of our merchandise is made locally, including jewelry made by Kim herself. You’ll find unique and fun items such as cutting boards, coffee mugs, coasters, and decorative slates, all with original artwork or photographs on them. Personalized gifts and custom items are also available. Please feel free to contact me to discuss all of the options available. We also provide gifts for corporate events and conferences, adding a personalized touch to each of them. Excellent customer service and working with customers one on one ensures we can provide what they’re looking for, or offer a referral to someone who we think can help.
We will work with you until the job is done, whether that means one conversation or, as with one Etsy customer, 60 interactions to complete a large custom order. We will work with you step by step through the creative process to make ensure you are happy with your order.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions about an item or order. Personalized items, which have expanded our customer base, cater to professionals such as real estate agents, title companies, and mortgage companies, as well as bridesmaid, wedding, and corporate gifts. For large local orders delivery is available upon request.
Owner Kim Mancini provides locally made products at fair prices. When Hurricane Katrina hit, Kim started her business to provide local residents with a way to buy the replacement items they needed at a less expensive price then what she was seeing offered, as she felt there were vendors taking advantage of the enormous loss people had suffered. She came up with her collection and inventory by working with several sources in the community. She takes particular pride her line of locally made home décor items. With her expectations for high quality, she will discard any item that doesn’t meet those expectations.
Kim got her start in 2006, participating in craft shows, which eventually led to opening a brick and mortar store for seven years. When her lease was up in 2014, she decided to focus on an online business only, allowing her to spend more time with her family and focus on her health. She sells locally made items and sources the best quality products.
As the sole representative of her business, she provides excellent hands-on customer service, and has developed a network of friends and business associates. If she cannot help a customer with what they need, she can refer them to someone who can. Other professionals in her network are available to call upon for product advice, and she tries to be cheerful and positive when she interacts with them. Always accessible to her customers, she caters to their needs.
We invite you to visit our online store and browse our current collection and find the perfect gift for a family member, your company, or an event.
